Shipping Policy
At Rarete Jewelry, we aim to process all orders either the same day or within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become active.
We currently offer shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany. Standard delivery is completely free. At this time, we do not offer same-day delivery. If there is a high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed slightly. We appreciate your patience and will notify you by email or phone if your order is significantly delayed.
Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Rarete Jewelry purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return the product or request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date. After 60 days, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds as per our company policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered — unused and in its original packaging. Please make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item has been used, worn, or damaged, we unfortunately cannot process a return, refund, or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you via email to confirm that it has been received. We will then inspect the item and send a follow-up email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund appears on your statement. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at raretejewelry@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Return Shipping
If you’d like to return an item, please send an email to raretejewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll then provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
