What’s the status of my order?

We get it — waiting is the hardest part! As soon as your Rarete Jewelry order ships out, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey anytime by visiting our Track Order page for real-time updates.

How do I return or exchange my order?

If your order didn’t quite match your expectations, no worries — we’ve made the return process simple. You can return your item within 60 days for a full refund. Just make sure the jewelry is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and send you a confirmation email. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, but during peak times, it may take a little longer. Thanks for your patience!

Do I need to return my free gift if I return my order?

If your original purchase qualified for a free item and you're returning part of your order, the free item may need to be returned as well. If your return brings your total below the promotion threshold, you can either return the free item or we’ll deduct its value from your refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start working on your order quickly, so once it's placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes. But if you no longer want the item, you can return it once it arrives and we’ll refund the merchandise cost (excluding shipping fees).

How do I care for my Jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend storing it in a soft pouch or box when not in use, avoiding direct contact with perfumes or chemicals, and wiping it gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Treat your pieces with love — they deserve it!
